Darren joined Collins O’Brien Maher, as a Trainee Accountant, after graduating from Limerick Institute of Technology in 2021 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Finance (2:1).

On successful completion of his professional studies, he was admitted as a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland in July 2024.

Darren's primary responsibility within the firm is managing a large portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, operating in a wide range of business sectors.

His main areas of focus are tax compliance and pro-active tax planning, assisting clients structure their affairs efficiently, while planning for their future financial and tax obligations.
